Project Outcome offers an innovative and easy-to-use online platform for public libraries to measure the outcomes of their programs and services. Staff are able to view their results in an innovative and interactive data dashboard almost immediately, allowing for them to respond quickly to insights gained from patron feedback. For the first time, public libraries will have free access to an aggregated set of performance measurement data and analysis tools they can use to affect change within their communities and beyond. This session will provide an overview of the tools and share lessons learned from libraries using Project Outcome.
